BFT-607P Cool Roof Coating is a two-component, fiber-reinforced, high-solids, solvent-free, low-VOC cool roof waterproofing coating designed for roof restoration and long-term roof protection. The system consists of Part A, formulated with bio-based castor oil polyol, hydrated gypsum, titanium dioxide, glass fiber, and functional fillers, and Part B, a polymeric MDI resin component. It is designed for professional roof restoration applications and forms a seamless, thick-film, impact-resistant, highly reflective waterproofing membrane on properly prepared substrates. BFT-607P can be applied to clean, dry, tight, and structurally sound roofing substrates, including acrylic and cementitious coatings, metal, mineral cap sheet, asphaltic roof surfaces, concrete, BUR, modified bitumen, and selected single-ply membranes such as TPO, PVC, CSPE, and EPDM, subject to cleaning, compatibility, and adhesion testing. This product provides high reflectivity, strong adhesion to properly prepared substrates, impact resistance, sag resistance, water resistance, and durable roof protection. Its low-sag, high-build formulation may allow single high-build application on many roof restoration projects where substrate condition and specification permit, while primer, reinforcement, or system accessories may be required for certain substrates or details, helping extend the service life of existing roofing systems.
