BFT-609-NRAC

BFT-609-NRAC is a single-component, hot-applied non-curing rubberized asphalt waterproofing compound formulated with SBS-modified petroleum asphalt, synthetic rubber, tackifier oil, mineral fillers, and anti-flow thixotropes. The asbestos-free formula provides high solids content, low VOC emissions, strong adhesion, and a permanent viscoelastic, self-healing waterproof barrier.

Designed for roofing, flashing, below-grade waterproofing, plaza decks, expansion joints, pipe penetrations, and repair applications, BFT-609-NRAC delivers reliable waterproofing performance in both hot and cold weather while helping accommodate substrate movement, minor punctures, and long-term jobsite exposure.
