BFT-606-A

BFT-606-A is a single-component, water-based elastomeric acrylic cool roof coating designed for roof restoration, waterproof protection, and energy-saving reflective performance. It is formulated with 100% pure acrylic emulsion, infrared-reflective TiO2 pigments, UV stabilizers, thixotropic additives, biocide, and low-VOC deionized water.
This low-VOC, low-odor coating contains no hazardous solvent and is suitable for modified bitumen and BUR roofing, SPF, metal roof panels, concrete roof slabs, and aged TPO, PVC, and EPDM membranes when used with the proper primer. It can be applied by airless spray, roller, or brush under standard roofing jobsite conditions.
With high solids content, excellent UV and weather resistance, strong crack-bridging capability, dirt pick-up resistance, and high solar reflectance, BFT-606-A forms a seamless, flexible waterproof membrane that helps lower roof surface temperatures, improve building energy efficiency, and extend roof service life.
