BFT-605S

BFT-605S Silicone Roof Coating is a single-component, ultra-high-solids, low-VOC, moisture-cure silicone roof coating designed for roof restoration and waterproofing. Formulated with hydroxyl-functional silicone resin, titanium dioxide, barium sulfate, reinforcing fillers, rheology modifiers, and a curing catalyst package, it forms a seamless, breathable, weather-resistant membrane over properly prepared roofing substrates.

BFT-605S is suitable for metal roofs, spray polyurethane foam, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, aged single-ply membranes, selected existing coatings, and detail areas such as parapets, wall flashings, penetrations, curbs, and seams. Its single-component formula requires no field mixing and can be applied by airless spray, roller, or brush.

Once cured, BFT-605S provides durable waterproofing protection with strong UV stability, long-term flexibility, ponding-water resistance, high solar reflectance, low shrinkage, and reliable performance under natural weathering and exterior temperature cycling.
