BFT-604P Polyurethane Coating is a one-component, cold-applied liquid waterproofing membrane formulated with polyether polyol. Designed for exterior professional use only, it provides a flexible, seamless, and durable waterproofing solution for roofs, podium decks, pedestrian maintenance walkways, exposed terraces, complex details, and properly prepared existing substrates such as concrete, asphalt felt/coatings, brick, stone, metal, wood, and unglazed ceramic tiles after proper surface preparation, primer selection, and adhesion testing. The product is ready to use, easy to apply by brush, roller, or airless spray, and requires no heating or flame during application. It offers good UV resistance, color stability, high elasticity, and reliable low-temperature flexibility, making it suitable for hot, tropical, and outdoor construction environments. BFT-604P should be transported in sealed, upright containers in accordance with the current SDS and local regulations.
