BFT – 608TPO

BFT-608TPO is a 60 mil polyester-reinforced TPO single-ply roofing membrane designed for low-slope commercial roofing systems. Its dual-layer co-extruded TPO construction with internal polyester scrim reinforcement provides reliable weldability, dimensional stability, puncture resistance, and long-term exposed weather performance.
The membrane is suitable for mechanically fastened, fully adhered, and induction-weld roof systems over approved commercial roofing substrates. Its reflective white surface supports cool-roof performance, while hot-air welded seams help create a durable, watertight roof assembly.
Engineered for UV, ozone, heat-aging, and low-temperature resistance, BFT-608TPO is ideal for warehouses, factories, schools, retail buildings, hospitals, logistics centers, and PV-ready roof projects.
